Milking Parlor demonstrations are held hourly in Cattle Barn I daily from 11:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. The presentation features live cows being milked with a featured moderator from Southwest Dairy Center and Museum in Sulphur Springs, Texas to explain the process and answer questions. Guests can watch the milk flow from the milkers to the visible holding tank in another room. The focus of the demonstration is to bring understanding/appreciation to consumers of all ages.
